Service Description
If you're experiencing premature shedding or aren’t completely happy with your lashes within the first 4 days of your appointment, we offer a one-time complimentary fix to make it right. This service is our way of ensuring you always leave feeling confident and cared for. Please note: Fixes must be scheduled within the 4-day window, and lashes must be properly maintained according to aftercare instructions. If you're unable to make it within 4 days please email info@trulylashco.com or text 703-261-9128 in the same time frame and we will accommodate you.
Cancellation Policy
Notice Period: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service fee, not including the deposit required to book the appointment No-Show Policy: No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. Rescheduling: One free reschedule is allowed with at least 24 hours' notice. Additional reschedules may incur a fee. Booking Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $20 is required to book your appointment. This deposit will be forfeited for cancellations made within 24 hours. Emergency Situations: In case of an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you.
