Hi, I'm Stacey, founder of Truly Lash & Co and Co- Founder of Refinery Aesthetics Loft. I've been in the beauty industry for over a decade; I'm a licensed esthetician, entrepreneur, and first-generation Haitian American with a heart for helping women feel beautiful from the inside out.

 

While beauty has always been a passion of mine, I didn't realize until much later that it was also part of my purpose.For years, I viewed beauty simply as a service. But through my own healing journey, therapy, and deepening relationship with God, I began to understand that beauty is much more than lashes, skincare, or brows. It has the power to restore confidence, create moments of rest, and remind women that they are worthy of being cared for. That revelation completely changed the way I approach my business.

 

In 2023, I stepped out in faith and moved to Virginia from Atlanta, leaving behind everything familiar to pursue what I believed God was calling me to build. The journey wasn't glamorous. There were seasons of financial hardship, uncertainty, loss, and doors that seemed to close one after another. Yet through every setback, God remained faithful. He taught me that success isn't built on talent alone—it's built on obedience, perseverance, and trusting Him even when the path doesn't make sense.Those experiences shaped Truly Lash & Co. into more than a beauty studio. They shaped it into a place of peace.

 

My mission is simple: to remove vanity from the beauty industry by reminding women that caring for themselves isn't selfish—it's stewardship. I believe beauty should never become an idol, but it can absolutely be a tool that helps a woman walk in confidence, show up boldly, and care for the body God has entrusted to her.Every appointment is intentionally designed to feel different. From the calming atmosphere to the conversations we share, my hope is that you leave feeling refreshed—not just because your lashes or skin look amazing, but because you've experienced a moment to slow down, breathe, and simply be cared for.

 

My faith is the foundation of everything I do. It influences how I serve, how I lead, and how I love the women who trust me with their time. While Truly Lash & Co. is a faith-based business, every woman is welcome here, regardless of where she is in her own journey. My goal has never been to preach from my treatment room—it's to reflect Christ through excellence, kindness, integrity, and genuine care.
